LA training course

So I flew to New York from Bermuda which was a easy 2 hour flight. Got off the plane waited at the gate (my next flight was at the same gate hurray) and then flew to LA. Which took about 6 or 7 hours.

That was generally ok but long.

LA seems pretty cool so far, the hotel is nice. My back was delayed but if turned up ok yesterday so that was cool.

Went out to see Beowulf last night as there is a Imax screen fairly nearby. So saw the 3D Imax version. After a while apart from the climatic ending, the 3Dness just was part of the story. It was really good to see this on a big screen. Unfortunately the screen it's showing on in Bermuda is basically slightly bigger than my telly.

Anyway it was a good film, really good film.

As my training course is going to finish early on friday I'll be able to make it to the Mutant Emery picket on friday, hurray. Currently it looks like various cool actors will be there as well as cool writers etc so that'll be nice :)
